UH Concord Health Center is conveniently located off of I-90 and Route 44 in Concord Township. This facility provides a wide range of services for adults and children including primary and specialty care, laboratory and radiology. Should patients require more advanced care, our physicians and staff can assist with referrals to a wide array of medical specialists at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center and University Hospitals Case Medical Center.
A fully staffed, state-of-the-art Urgent Care Center also offers exceptional, advanced diagnosis and treatment.
